Balanced Push-Ups:

  1. Place the balance board on a stable surface.
  2. Position yourself in a push-up stance, hands on the movable handles, and your feet extended behind you.
  3. Engage your core and maintain balance as you lower your chest toward the board.
  4. Push back up to the starting position, keeping the board stable.
  5. Repeat for a set of repetitions.

Balance Squats: Targeted Muscles: Legs, Glutes, Core

  1. Stand on the balance board with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the movable handles at chest height.
  3. Slowly bend your knees and hips to lower into a squat position.
  4. Keep your balance as you return to the standing position.
  5. Perform a set of squats, focusing on your balance throughout.

Leg Lifts: Targeted Muscles: Core, Hip Flexors

  1. Stand on the balance board with one foot in the center and the other off the side.
  2. Hold onto the handles for support.
  3. Lift your off-board leg straight out in front of you.
  4. Lower it back down and repeat for a set of repetitions.
  5. Switch to the other leg.

Plank Variations: Targeted Muscles: Core, Shoulders, Back

  1. Begin in a plank position with your forearms on the balance board and your toes on the ground.
  2. Maintain a straight line from head to heels.
  3. To increase the challenge, lift one arm and the opposite leg off the board while keeping your core engaged.
  4. Hold for a few seconds and then switch sides.
  5. Repeat for a set.

Balance Board Twists: Targeted Muscles: Obliques, Core

  1. Stand on the balance board with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. Hold the handles in front of you.
  3. Shift your weight to one side while twisting your torso in the same direction.
  4. Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for a set of twists.
